They are crooks and will charge you when moving out to pay for normal wear and tear items. Office staff act as if you are bothering them when you call. They will switch how they contact you with important information and not properly notify you of things. Pam Blackwell and Pam Greco are very unpleasant. Avoid this place at all cost.

Do not try and rent here. I placed an application with this company then decided to stay with who I am currently renting from. I was informed that the $50 application fee was nonrefundable of course, however they did not inform me that if I placed a deposit down that would not be refundable. These people are literally out here KEEPING peoples money whether you move into their unit or not and I have never heard of this with ANY apartment complex. DO NOT TRY AND RENT HERE. If you change your money YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. The communication in the office sucks as well, I kept having to reach out for updates which was another red flag. All in all just stay away from this place if you dont 100% intend to move in.
