Omg such a nice place. If ur deciding to move in apartment. Room are so nice,clean. They even have a room so you can wash your pets how awesome. Nice pool, workout room area you can have a cookout.etc.

Nice people, nice place! All the neighbors are nice and the staff seems happy. It's a little park oasis in GVL. They have fun events and a great atmosphere :). Reagan and Tricia are Fantastic!

Update: I've been here a month and really liking it. The maintenance staff is really on the ball and fixed any issues I had. Additionally, being deaf, I requested a strobe smoke detector and they just put one in at no cost to me. That is very much appreciated. -------------------------------------------------------------- I just moved in a week ago. I moved from Hawthorne at Bear Creek in Asheville. Sarah did a great job and made the whole process extremely easy. I had no issues with the apartment and got moved in. The third floor apartment overlooks the tennis courts and has trees swaying in front of the balcony. The apartment is very nice (moved in sight unseen) and has vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. I've already used the car wash they provide as well as a vacuum. The area is very busy with plenty of shopping. Costco is just around the corner. There is a middle school next door and after hours I can walk my dogs there or take them downtown to the creek walk. Greenville is really growing on me quickly and I'm very happy I made the move.

We moved in the end of Dec and have not had AC every month we have lived there. The ac goes out every month and it's not repaired correctly. Maintenance told us they are advised to go the cheapest route to repair. Our apartment is on the 3rd floor and it's been weeks since we have had air. Maintenance finally brought a swap cooler but our apartment doesn't get below 80. We have called, no response. We have roaches and have sent pictures to the office. Not the place to live if you have costly repairs that need to be done.
