I have a 2001 Honda CRV that I took for service to your location in Arden, NC. The vehicle was checked in last Tuesday 8/31/2022. I filled out the customer service request out on the website and scheduled the appointment. I was made to wait until today (9/7/2022) until the vehicle was supposed to be ready. When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle I met Josh Hoerman, who identified himself as the manager. I asked why the work I had requested had not been done. Mr. Hoerman tried to explain that the person who checked in the vehicle (Chris) was not working and that he would have to wait and speak with Chris as to why the work I had requested was not done. When the vehicle was checked in on the website it was indicated that the four tires on the vehicle as well as the spare needed to be changed. It was also indicated and confirmed by Chris that this service would be done. When I attempted to get the vehicle the spare tire mounted on the rear of the vehicle in plain sight was not changed. No attempt to change it had been made. I asked Mr. Hoerman if I was charged for 5 tires and he confirmed that indeed I was. When I pointed out that the fifth tire had not been changed, he briskly deleted the tire and said it was an accident that I was being charged for 5 tires. When I told him I was supposed to be charged as all 5 were to be changed, he deferred to blaming Chris for not disclosing that MR Tire doesn't sell rims so they were not able to fulfill my request. I asked him what that had to do with being charged for 5 tires when only 4 were changed. I was told that they did not change the spare due to it being a different size and that was confirmed by Mr. Hoerman searching for the vehicle on his computer and letting me know that the tires that had been installed didn't fit my car, even though they changed them. I then explained that that was stated in the email and was a part of the quote we had received. We wanted to replace the after market rims on the vehicle and have them match as the spare was blown due to being the wrong size. Mr. Hoerman argued and accused me of delaying the service on this vehicle to which I replied that I haven't had the money to fix it and he then threatened to add even more to my bill as they had to do "extra work" he hadn't charged me for, something along the line of $500-600 for bearings that were a apart of the quote. So after telling me that they wouldn't be replacing my tire and threatening to add hundreds of dollars to the repair, I was asked to leave the vehicle so that they could try and "find" rims tomorrow 9/8/2022. I asked Mr. Hoerman for his District Manager's phone number or contact information and I was told that "Gatekeepers won't allow me to give that out" by Mr. Hoerman. I would recommend not trusting this location with any repairs.

Highly recommend. Everyone here is. GREAT! They explain what is going on with your vehicle. Explain what your options are. Fairly priced. I have been going here for years. Josh, Chris and Red are fantastic.
