No mud minnows today. No change for $100 bill. Which is convenient being they charge extra to use a card. Over charged because the girl left the previous customers charges on the register then rang us up. We spend our money in this place most every weekend. I don’t understand the lack of bait. Will be catching my own from here on out. After 6 years of using this store they just don’t seem to give a hoot about their customers.

No they don't sell them but they easy to catch. One can of Chucky Alpo. And a minnow trap.

They don't sell them and yes you do need a license to fish off the pier. We just talked to them and that's what we were told. You can buy a license online or at Maxwell's
Rentals, bait, terminal tackle, souvenirs, nets, crab traps, bait knives and buckets and ice cream. Just about all you would need for a day or night on the pier or fishing the bridge over clam creek.
There is no camping at the pier. But there is a huge camping area next to it. Look them up jekyll island camping. 5 star camping.
Yes they sell live bait but always call before you go because they sell out often
You can catch them but prepare to get dirty
