Didn’t stay at the hotel, we did try for several months to get reservations for Thanksgiving dinner. Started calling in September, was told they wouldn’t be taking reservations until the event was posted on Event Brite on Oct 31st. Oct 31st came and it was not posted, I called the resort and was told they wouldn’t be taking reservations until it was posted on Event Brite on Nov 3rd. I emailed the GM, Michael Heik, he said Nov 3 it would be posted. Nov 3rd came and I did not see it posted on Event Brite. To this day, I still do not see it on Event Brite, I made this clear in all of my messages. I called and left numerous messages, sent messages through their Facebook page, stressing that I wanted to make reservations but I’m not able to find the Event on Event Brite and I wanted to make a reservation before it was too late and they were booked. I recvd a phone call from Lindley yesterday saying they were booked, she could put me on a waiting list. What the …!!! I am furious! I called to speak with the GM, had to leave a voicemail, he has not returned my call. I also emailed him, he has not responded. I couldn’t have made it any more clear to the entire staff over there that I was trying to make a reservation for the holiday since September, I was totally ignored. If I was rude to anyone, I could understand being ignored but I was never, ever rude to anyone. Terribly mismanaged establishment.

If you're looking for brunch, perhaps you should check out Eighty Ocean Kitchen and Bar. We serve Brunch Saturday and Sunday. We are part of Jekyll Island Club. It would be a pleasure to serve you.
Hi John, our high tea is a specialty event that is only offered certain times during the year as a ticketed event. Usually the high teas are during the month of December. We have Victorian Tea on Fridays and Saturdays but those will not be available until Feb 14.

I ended up emailing them. The minimum age for check in 21.
The check in time is 3:00 or 4:00 pm and the check out time I 11:00 am.

Jekyll Island Club does have a pet policy as July 2017. There are some restrictions so it is best to call the hotel.
