I have never in my life had a more complicated mote disappointing experience of anywhere that I have stayed. Where do I even begin with this review... first of all the original room we reserved had a broken door on floor level and their idea of fixing it was to put a stick behind the sliding door. Unacceptable in a room I paid over 1000 dollars for 2 nights for. We spent our ENTIRE first day trying to get into a new room. Day one is wasted. Second. .. they move us to a new room and we wake up to the water heater not working properly and have to call maintenance yet again. I took a cold shower. Third we are currently locked out of our room as I write this and have been for everal minutes and are yet again waiting on maintenance to come and fix this issue. Save yourself the trouble. Staying here ruined my vacation experience as I spent more time dealing with their broken resort than I did enjoying myself. I will never ever stay here again and I would never recommend staying here to even my worst enemy.

Orange buoys were there when we visited for the week of July 20th.
There is also a bank of mailboxes on the other side by the main pool for outgoing mail.
Passes are required for everything on Sea Colony. The beach and the pools. During peak season the passes are 40 dollars. Kids 4 and up.
Yes. 10- 6
We don't live there year round but we do use our place year round. The second season is the best season there, especially if you enjoy quiet times.
Pet friendly only if you are an owner of a property/unit. Renters and guests are not allowed to bring pets into the units. Owners must obtain a (free) pass for each pet after presenting a valid rabies vaccination certificate to recreation desk. Would like to add that the beaches prohibit pets during the summer season out of respect to beachgoers. Offseason, pets are welcome on the beach. There are public beaches up north towards Indian River that allow dogs on the beach in season.
They have a trolley to get you to the beach and around the area
