After much frustration of searching for a new apartment, I finally found The Falls. Reece answered when I called and was polite from the very first (of many!) question I asked. He offered for me to come in and meet with him, he showed me a nice clean place, and told me about the upcoming movie night they are having. I am moving in next week and can not wait to get settled.

Aaron was our maintenance man and we had requested for our dishwasher to be fixed. He nicely fixed our 2 towel racks that had been loose from the day we moved in while he was already at our apartment. I really appreciated that above and beyond help from him! 🤩 There is also a man at the front entrance desk, Reece, that is very knowledgeable, and friendly.

I paid $615 per month. Your utilities are fixed at $85 per month. Although if you hit a certain threshold you'll be charged more for utilities.
No, i think you can pay for one, but at that point you'd probably be better if renting the storage units literally on the other side of the street.
Call the apartment complex and talk to Jennifer or Reese they are the ones that helped me when I first moved in and when I renewed my lease

They are separate from your rent but most of them run the same every month.
prefer 1bedroom but will consider studio with balconyim disabled lookin to move in end of march
