I've been going to Dr. Magua for the past 9yrs, and I must say I've never seen the staff so disrespectful and rude up until this past year. Dr. Magua is an amazing Doctor, however it's sad that because of the staff, patients are no longer comfortable going there. I am highly disappointed, being 25 weeks pregnant and being stressed out going to see your doctor it can definitely take a toll on you. I'm moving on

Ladies run for your lives please I beg do not go to this place,they are horrible.After a horrible car accident at 6 week pregnant they neglected me while in there care.They do answer phone calls,cancel appointments on you a day before saying the doctor is not there and you have to call them to reschedule.Show up to one appointment only to be told it’s a mistake it wasn’t time,what a waste of time and lost of pay by taking the day off day.They tell you prescription is sent to the pharmacy only for you to go to the pharmacy 3 times and nothing is there.Thank you Jesus I found an amazing doctor.They think they were doing me bad because I was so far in my pregnancy no I serve a great God.Stay away Ladies please

This place is willfully incompetent-the nurses will give you a scheduled shot and not log it in their system! Why do i as a patient have to remind your staff what shot number(within a series of shots) I’ve arrived for? And when you tell the nurse, they don’t believe you. Dont call me a liar, not a good look that you aren’t listening to patients. - you all need to be reported to the health dept!
