I have been to the eye doctor many times I know insurance does not cover much. The complaints on here about being duped are not true. This is the same at any doctor office. That being said, I find that the doctor is excellent. She is thorough and knowledgeable. She explains well. I find the staff friendly and the ease of booking appointments encouraging. This location is very convenient for me and I am so glad they are my provider.

Be careful with their sleezy practices ,they offer an eye exam for x $$ and then want you to sign an extra $50 ,$20 + $30 for tests that should be included in every eye test at the doctor ,and they don't tell you that upfront ,only when you arrive to the appointment ready to do it papers to fill out have the extras to sign . False,bait, call it whatever you want ,sleezy to me

I called to make an appointment today and asked if they even accept my insurance before making the appointment and they said yes. When I get to my appointment they wanted to try to say that they never said they take my insurance and that I had to go somewhere else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and I wont be coming to this location again. You shouldn’t have ignorant employees answering the phones and client questions unless they actually know the correct answers! Because of this I wasted an hour of commute and gas that could of been better used somewhere else.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The young woman at the front is so helpful, sweet and professional. I also loved the doctor. She helped me with a serious issue I have been having with my eyes! AMAZING!
