NOPE! Wish I could give 0 stars. Had an appointment scheduled for next day at 10:30 with Dr Prior. At 6:19 pm they called and said he wouldn't be available {EMERGENCY} "Would we like to see another Dr at another location? Deerfield/Boca? Already explained that my mother lives in Margate and I am traveling from Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens for her appointments. Oh well!! With. Who cares about us!! "NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT" AND THREATENS TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DONT PAY THE CO-PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.... NOW THIS? I DON'T THINK SO!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST OFFICE!! Get this: If we cancel within 24 hours, we are charged an additional fee, BUT THEY CAN CANCELL AND, "OH WELL"!! I DON'T THINK SO!! Good Luck!

Waited 45-50m to be attended, another 20-30 mins for the doctor himself. The purpose of my visit was to diagnose my back pain which was slowly creeping down my leg. Once attended and seated, the doctor arrives, asks a few simple questions, and confirms that is indeed a herniated disc (which btw Google also blatantly suggested) and hands us a prescription to take daily. The visit was $250.00 - no xray/MRI, no tests, just the doctors time (15-20m) and 2 prescriptions. The prescribed medication helped but didn't do anything that my previous medication did not do. All in all, this practice aligns closely with the remainder of shady selfish chiropractor and orthopedic practices in Florida - "take the money and run" type of deal. If the goal is to feel better, Id suggest another practice.

During my first visit I found Dr. Chenard to be efficient and friendly, explaining my symptoms and his diagnosis and treatment plan. I especially like him giving options to the treatment and involving me in that decision. The staff was also as friendly as most I have encountered in Coral Springs. The only downside to my visit was that my 9:00am appointment began at 10:24am.

This place is the best, Dr MacGill very attentive and explains everything clearly. He's always helping others progress with internship working with him. The staff are competent in setting appointments accommodating you and confirming same. Everyone is pleasant and professional at their positions. Very happy with this office and it's a pleasure having them take care of me.
