All I will say is nothing works, the apartment we had was disgusting and so filthy we didn't feel comfortable using the stove after we cleaned and cleaned it... the office staff is rude.. there is no concept of customer service whatsoever... there is always garbage everywhere and always check your bill.... Update.. I have called and I have emailed.. I even bought out my lease and then was charged again and lied to by the young lady in the office. I was told the property manager would call me and guess what?! No call or email.. Update Part 2.. after I posted the update to my review my husband receives a phone call from the Verde Vue/ Royal Oaks... whatever the name actually is and she was aggressive and said we were not billed...then we received a COLLECTION NOTICE!!! We were told we owed nothing and were not billed but we have a collection bill with NO EXPLANATION of the charges... PLEASE DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT HERE IT IS AN ABSOLUSUTE NIGHTMARE!!! ANOTHER UPDATE! VERDE VUE REFUSES TO SEND ME A BILL WITH THESE MAGICAL CHARgES THAT APPEARED OUT OF NOWHERE! They say they emailed it I have checked my email my spam everything and so has my husband... this place is sooooo dishonest!

Our apartment was spacious for the price that we paid and we did enjoy living there. However there were things that were malfunctioning (i.e. doors that we couldn't close, vents not in place, etc.) that we made maintenance requests on and they were never repaired. We just cleaned the place up and moved out, but I hope we don't get charged for those repairs that were never made from the time that we moved in. The maintenance crew did help us with the air conditioning and many other things. However the complex needs more of them for the size of the facility!
