When I moved in all was nice accept the horrible toilet. It had black caked up stuff all inside the rim. They never replaced the toilet even after I asked. I've been scrapping and scrubbing, it still looks horrid. Very embarrassing when family comes over. I been here since 2015, nothing yet. They really need to update this place, it's old and outdated. They need to touch up these apartments, new cabinets, paint and get better carpet. A positive is, the staff is nice and it's quiet out here. I'm looking forward to moving soon.

I applied here and feel I was denied for no logic reason. Despite clearly being stated they had availabilities and accepted housing vouchers, they claimed they did not. I felt discriminated against and will be taking further action. Stop false advertisements!!!!

Happiness is a Fantastic service coordinator who goes out of her way to make the residence of Rendant very comfortable and happy we have had quite a few recent activities that have been enjoyed by Rendant residence including but not today exclude a produce truck that seems to be coming once a monthMs Star Mose. you are a star wow
