I only have good things to say about this office. The entire staff is extremely friendly and easy going. I tried this office about a year ago after a horrible experience with a very well known and respected practice in the area. When we were going there my girls would completely flip once we entered their office and scream the entire time. Now that we switched to Ballentine there is no freak out. They are truly amazing at trying to make it all about the kid and relax them as much as possible. Plus the book they give them is a big help! We've read them more times than I can count and they get so excited about having something new for the car ride home.

I cannot speak highly enough about Amanda. She is absolutely wonderful. My nephew and niece have been seeing her for years. She listens to not only to the adults but the children also. She is the best around.

We just had our first baby this past week. It happened to fall on the weekend when we were discharged and right before Memorial Day so it was extra difficult to secure an appointment with our original plan. We were actually going to go to another Peds office but they were closed over the weekend and Ballentine Peds had an on call team and got us right in. The other office left us hanging, with no call backs. Ballentine Peds had wonderful communication and made sure our baby girl got to be seen. Long story short, we decided to stay with this practice and felt like they were a better fit for us. We see Amanda S and she is wonderful. We feel super comfortable around her, ask a million new parent questions and she is always eager to listen and answer. It’s hard to find that in doc offices these days because of the turn over rates they are tied down to. She is also very encouraging and positive telling us we are doing great and keep up the good work. Those simple words mean everything when you’re exhausted trying to navigate through parenthood. Give them a try! 😃
