The rooms were not well maintained. The first room the places us in was one with a pull out bed. However, the arrangement of the furniture did not allow it to be pulled out and it was a single size bed and the mattress was very stained and dirty. We did change rooms. The kids enjoyed the pool it is was a great location to access the metro. It was also walkable to the national mall or using the electric scooters.

Centrally located - near many of the city's attractions, and a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the front desk was top notch. They even helped us out of a jam - due to our rush to check out we forgot that we had put some cash in the safe until we arrived at another city. Even though I fully expected never to see the money again, I called and they said they would handle it - a week later a check for the money arrived! Five stars just for that kind of honesty.

This hotel is showing it's age. The lounge is closed (although the restaurant is open, so I don't believe the claim that this is due to the pandemic). Instead, as a valued Titanium member, they offered continental breakfast for two. There are three of us, so they won't even provide coffee and donuts to all of us. This is extremely disappointing. I plan to cancel the remaining nights of this reservation. I will not consider this property in the future.

I'm ONLY giving a 2 because it has a bed. First it's in the worst location ever! Once I got to the front desk, the clerk was semi pleasant, but she kept trying to get me to order room service while I'm here. I told her I don't order room service, she told me I should start today!! I was floored after that. She really didn't care about giving me service just getting me to buy. There's only 2 elevators for 15 floors so needless to say it took forever to go 5 floors! Once I get to my room, it looked half clean. There was something green stuck in the sink. There were no cups for the in-room coffee or any plastic cups. It just didn't feel completely cleaned. I would never stay here again! My client must've thought this was a nice place, but not me!
