I really like this 711, it has many machines for different hot drinks and iced coffee, etc.. .. the bad thing is that only once have I seen that they serve the cappuccino because every time I go they are never working because they have to put the products that the machine needs to work .. exactly like the soda machine .. but since the employees don't change them when it's finished .. well, I see that it won't work .. ... my daughter has argued with employees there for different reasons .. for that reason I had not been to that 711 Beverly Blvd. & Margaret for weeks .. But today I went, there is a young man there who is very kind .. but there is a man in his 60's and another woman who is also about the same age .. they think they own the store. They denied me the service today... one day I heard the lady say that I already had an hour there in the cafe... that why it took me so long... telling another employee... now they were both looking at me talking about me... .. looking at me I don't know what they said while I grabbed some donuts .. The lady refused me the service .. because I complained that because they are always rushing me .. I was grabbing the bread and the man said something, that didn't hear and he changed it..he said d Are you ready... But I know he was rushing me because the vieja was telling him something about me.... !!! I was going to grab more things but they were hurrying me... if I've already put up with saying something to that woman, today she wouldn't let me and if maybe, as she said, I was rude... but she deserves it... nowhere in any store that I'm going they're hurrying me or seeing when I'm late to serve myself a coffee... she's the rude one... and well, I'm sorry because I liked going there but while those people are there... never... 😒😒😒

Never got there , they charge you twice . They say they cancelled and do it again and you sweep your card again. Look at ur bank account or ebt card and you will see it.. Don't waste ur time or money. They will steal from you...

Not to long ago the store got ROBBED and the way the owner treated her workers is deplorable,she wrote up one of her employees over money lost, for her $ means more than the safety of her most loyal employees who have been working for her for years, I had been a loyal customer to place since her mother was running the place, for her treatment of her employees I will encourage people to.take your business elsewhere. I know I will.
