The complex is nice well maintained and friendly office workers. However, have had problems with weed smell from neighbors but nothing can be done.

I signed for a furnished unit, sent multiple emails asking furniture questions, and even followed up a few days before move in to make sure my roommate and I both had furniture. Upon move in there was NO furniture in the house. We got in contact with the office many times and kept getting told our furniture would arrive shortly. Unfortunately, no furniture ever arrived. So now here we are, unable to have a place to sleep after paying over $715 each for our rooms which weren’t even clean when we moved in. Sadly, my roommates bedroom door doesn’t even close and there are dirty hand marks COVERING her door. The front porch is TRASHED and has an exposed outlet. Definitely not a great first impression.

499, base minimum. I would recommend going at least a three if you can find the roommates bc it's really frustrating paying this much more for a two. Also a lot of the amenities are messed up
There is a door around the back that you need to open with your door key. It's unlabeled so try all of them.
The 2 bedroom prices can vary a bit. The variables are when you plan on moving in and whether or not the place you're coming into is furnished or not. My wife and I have a 2 bedroom townhome fully furnished and opted for immediate move-in (which made rent slightly higher) we pay roughly $610 per bedroom fully furnished and with a TV provided in the living area. Combined total is $1220 with cable and high speed internet included. There is also a nightly trash pick up service as well included.
