The customer service is the greatest I’ve ever seen in a apartment residence. Though the rooms are a little expensive, there homie, and big and definitely worth it! I love living here with a pool to swim in and a not half bad gym. When there is a problem maintenance is always there to help and they actually try there best unlike some other apartments I’ve lived in.

I can't wait to move here! The facilities are great, and the clubhouse is very upscale. I adore that the study room and gym are open every day. The bedrooms are rather roomy and furnished well. The office staff members always have a smile on their faces and are very helpful. I fell in love on Jade's tour of the location. She was incredibly helpful with all of our inquiries and made me truly feel like Copper is a home and not just a place to live. She provided me with excellent service, was helpful right away, and responded to all of my inquiries. I needed assistance signing my lease, and she saw to it that everything went smoothly.

Copper Beech is the worst place to live, if I could give 0 stars I would. There is mold, roaches, flooding, the carpet is nasty with dog hair everywhere and there are no dogs in the apartments. The appliances are outdated and not working. The furniture is not clean and the management Donya Moore and Tabatha Tillman don't care. Do not move in these apartments unless you don't care about your health and well-being. My daughter has been sick since she been living here. Donya Moore wants me to remove my review and I will not. Thanks for responding and the only reason you're responding because corporate was called and the apartment is still in the same dirty condition including nasty furniture, dirty carpeting, flooring in kitchen is coming up, and the appliances are a hot mess. The cleanest parts of the unit was done by myself. You changed the vents but that doesn't fix the mold issues in the air ducts. It took over a month to do what you are doing now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a health hazard. Mold everywhere. When I say everywhere I mean the vents, banisters, walls, etc. Dog hair was on the floors. The apartment complex claimed to have cleaned the apartment for move in, but that was a lie.
