He was able to assess any concerns. When I called to find out about Telehealth services, his staff exhibited great customer service skills. I was very impressed.!

They were so quick and efficient with getting me fit in as a patient. Dr. Samuels was kind and really listened to what I was saying. He was even a couple of hours early for my telemed appointment which worked out great. A little concerned about the treatment plan as nothing was really done the last appointment. I called the medical assistant and felt she was rather rude and not helpful when she called back. I didn't know who she was or why she was calling. I am disappointed in the communication with billing and the way they charge patients. For 3 visits of maybe 30 minutes a piece, I have spent over $700(with in network insurance). I've asked for bills and was told to look at EOBs or call my insurance. The most recent was over $260 and insurance said it hadn't even cleared them yet so there was no EOB to even look at. I had to pay it before I could schedule another appointment. Considering finding someone else but right now I have to see someone.
