Don't own a motorcycle or moped out here. You'll have children climbing on it as well as trying to "jump" out in front of you while you are driving. I get its more of a kid thing, but it is still dangerous. But it is the cheapest place to live in statesboro.

Parking lot and road will mess up your car. Too many pot holes!!! Need serious repairs. Apartments need upgrades

Depending on the unit you get, it's a decent place. Worry about yourself, keep your area clean, watch your kids and you will be comfortable. The culture lives here.

I believe most units are $550/mo... though there are some units for sale. Also, rumor is rent is about to hike after pandemic ends.

No, you have to get a PO box through the Post Office.
