Follow up from the first review one month ago: European Rolling Shutters - this is a top notch company - five + stars!!! Our sales person - Rodrigo went above and beyond excellent customer service! He is completely engaged in making sure the installation was perfect. The installers arrived promptly on time and worked without stopping for lunch to make sure the installation was completed as promised. They were very respectful of the patio area and professional at all times. Their work was PERFECTION!!!! We had an estimate and a rendering of the awning immediately following our appointment. Their products are top quality and manufactured right there in San Jose. The best part about working there was helping people solve their shading needs.
