I love how you decided to stop listening to our country argue and do something about the pain our country is going through and the pain of the black community. Will it fix the big issues? No. Will it save everyone or change everyone? No. But it reminded me that we all have a platform. Yours is your Bike company and if we all used what we do have and do what we can do, then perhaps we can move forward. I wouldn't wish what I go through being black on anyone, but I must say the warmth we all feel when we feel heard, understood and valued cannot be overstated. Thank you and like I said, maybe everyone won't like it, but they don't matter. What matters is the change you were trying to create in the world you have authority over, Rivendell Bikes. You can't change congress, you can't fix the amazon fires, but you did what YOU could and I salute and support.
