The facility itself was great. Very friendly, quick and professional. I am very disatisfied with the billing office. I was specific upon check in, the difference of my physical address and billing address. Several months later I received a phone call from billing for a $200 plus bill. I immediately returned the call and found out they had been mailing the bill to my physically address. They said they corrected it in their system and mailed me a copy of my paid receipt to correct address. Today I received a notification on my credit file that a collection had been placed. Upon investigation it was a $72.00 bill from Oneida medical for the office visit. They had been mailing it to the wrong address. They made no attempt to reach me by phone. They just turned it over and dinged my credit.

Thanks for helping me out today and being so kind and courteous to your patients. I won’t go anywhere else.

My daughter tried to get tested for strep. Very sick and was told she had to go somewhere else to be tested for Covid1st (she just tested day before and it was negative). All she was told was to go to Seneca st. No other info was given. When we tried to call to ask exactly where to take her, the lady was extremely rude and said she had set her up with an appt for the test. When we asked where, her response was “down from the hospital”. This lady couldn’t even take the time to give a specific location and said “we’ll if she’s that sick maybe she should go to the er”. Apparently she either needs more training or get a new job. Dealing with the public obviously isn’t for her

Hi April - no appointment is required, but we are currently doing phone registration from the car. I would recommend calling from home to start the process.

Mabel Standley | Sep 10, 2021
Quick Care | Sep 10, 2021

HI Mabel - please call the office prior to visiting and they will most likely provide you with a virtual visit appointment to determine if a COVID-19 test is necessary. If it is, they will provide you with a physician order to receive a COVID-19 test at our testing center in Oneida.

HI Alexandria, we do not currently offer rapid test due to a shortage in the supply of rapid COVID test. This could change in the future if supply access increases.

In most cases we can, but we recommend you call ahead as if it is post-opt related we may have to consult your specialist first before providing you care.

My name is Melissa an I was wondering if you are just an urgent care or also have pcp that I could start seeing.

Missy Taylor | Sep 11, 2018
Quick Care | Sep 11, 2019

Hi Melissa, we offer many of the same services as an urgent care. Quick Care specifically does not have a PCP that you could start seeing but we do have a rich network of physicians and specialist that can be found at Oneidahealthcare.org. If you come to Quick Care, we can also direct you to our nurse navigator who can also help you with finding a primary care physician.

Do you take Tricare Prime Insurance?

Maureen Robinson | Sep 11, 2017
Quick Care | Sep 11, 2019

Hi Maureen, we do accept Tricare Prime Insurance. However, we highly recommend that you call your insurer or us before coming in for treatment. In some cases, Tricare Prime does require a referral from your physician's office to initiate care.
