Service was good as always, it's unfortunate that I received a 15% discount but wasn't able to use it at the store( on line only). It should say that on your emails. It wouldn't have done me much good to order on line just to find out they wouldn't have some of the parts for a few days. I did get most of the brake parts when I was there and the employees were very helpful

No auto knowledge at counter. Customer service is lacking. Phone ringing off the hook and employees on cell phones most of the time I was in there.
