Since April 1st of 2020 my husband and I have been mistreated by upstairs tenants of Stone here of Oneida. We have had no help fro the OPD,just being told that theupstaairs tenant, myself and husband " We are all trouble makers". I myself and many more out in the community going the the same discrimination as our selves. I believe if they were out there doing they're jobs Seving and Protecting their citizens, they would not have.the time for discriminating. Not only was I physically harmed, so was my husband as soon as he returned home from work.

I've lived here my whole life and seen so much corruption, these new officers have been taught no better. The fact is Oneida does not know how to treat people with respect or correctly who have mental health issues. Our officers lie, make out your statements for you, try and put there hands on you, and generally get in your face spitting on you well trying to claim your "resisting." Even when you comply and do as asked you are still harrassaed and threatened. Also be careful, they like to throw as many charges as they can whether they apply or not and nobody fights back. Always, ALWAYS have a lawyer on call when it comes to this station.

I moved here about 2 weeks ago and have been Harassed day after day by officers that don't even know the Law. Officer D.D. Meyers is one and various other officers. I was actually issued a Jay Walking ticket last night. The officer threatened me With physical Violence. I tried to file a complaint but was told there are NO Complaint Forms by another Sergeant. I have contacted the ACLU and the Department of Justice
