I walked into the store to get a hot spot. The sales rep came up to me and stood there didn’t ask what I need or say welcome. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t carry hot spots in the stores, which is fine I get it. However I stood there for a few seconds to see what my options would be and got nothing. Only thing I was told was they don’t have them in store. Then I asked so if I got a hotspot do I come back In to get a sim or something. She said you could. I would think a sales rep would try help the customer to get one from AT&T but guess not.
