Raul… hands down best customer service I ever experience. I usually do everything online to avoid the wait, or been ignored. Raul immediately made eye contact with my wife and myself, he acknowledge our presence, simple greeting and will get with us asap. Fix something minor on my wife’s phone, and while there We ended up buying 2 I-watches, a couple of cases and screen protectors… Raul set up our watches and installed the screen protectors.. thanks Raul.. you kicked ass….
