I have been living at Fenestra for over 4 months now and it has been an amazing experience. I love our apartment, the location, and the gym. Special shout out to Grace who was super helpful throughout our move in process. She is very friendly, always smiling, and always around for any questions. I definitely recommend living here!

My husband and I don't live here but our complex (The Palladian) uses the Fenestra Concierge service! Curtis and everyone who works there is absolutely amazing! We get notifications of our packages really quickly (usually within the hour)! There is always someone there during operating hours and we haven't lost a package! 5 stars for everyone!

Excellent service from front desk concierge. All the staff are very friendly, professional and go the extra mile all the time to provide assistance to residents. A special thanks to Curtis who is always very efficient, patient and thorough in doing his job. He always follows up each service with a question to ensure that the residents concerns were addressed. So I've been living at the Fenestra for about 3 months now, and I can honestly say It's a wonderful place to live. The ownership really is making an effort to keep us happy- Keeping things nice and clean and smelling wonderful! Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance staff is professional and courteous. What' really stands out for me is the Concierge staff - specifically Curtis... Curtis goes above and beyond to assist with any issues or concerns. My mom came in to retrieve her lost wallet from the concierge desk and Curtis was so wonderful and helpful to her. He's always so kind and professional, but also warm and friendly with a heart of gold. It's these qualities that make us feel valued. I'm so glad I chose to live here. It is even better than I hoped. :) Keep up the great work! It is much appreciated! Anna S
