I have been living at the Terano for about 2 month now. Here are my pros and cons Pros: - very close and convenient to dining, shops, metro, grocery, and just basically anything you need. - Nice gym and nice club house - Convenient trash location in every floor which are kept clean - very pet friendly - Modern style apartments and closet space - Monthly breakfast on the go - working on renovations - staff are attentive to needs - quite neighbor's - nice dog spa area Now the Cons - I don't feel so safe. The other day there was a homeless person sleeping on the floor in between doors. Anyone can basically come in the building. - Although pet friendly. Tenats don't pick up after their dog, even while having pick up bags accessible. - The main entry doors beep constantly, which is a bit annoying, - It gets nosy at times since its close to a high traffic area Overall im satisfied with living here, but would really like to see more security in place. Seeing the homeless guys seeing in between the entry doors really scared me. Hope management can work on improving the security. We pay alot to live here, we should feel safe.

I just wanted to say thank you to Claudia Robles and team for been able to redesign the landscape so my apartment now has more natural light and therefore I am extending my lease. As a property manager Claudia it’s very responsive, experienced and professional. I am so happy with the service and the hard work provided by this team. Highly recommend.

Amanities here are very underwhelming ! You pay almost $2000 for a one bedroom apartment and believe me it is not worth it. New managment does not take care of the ameneties. It's a bit strange be cause the other day I saw Ms Claudia ( Property MANAGER) with her two kids enjoying the tenants' pool so freely. She should have told the "pool workers" to keep the pool clean. Oh let's not omit the part where they break into you car in the garage the new managment responds that it is not their responsibility because that very same garage that THEY provide and that you pay for is not under their managment. Great. They are just not reliable with the issues that we have gone through while living in this property. -0 stars to the new management.

I looked at numerous lofts before coming to The Terano, and once I did, I knew I had found where I wanted to live. Great location, amazing amenities, friendly staff, and an on-site dog park my Husky can’t get enough of. Great place!

Each apartment home is individually metered. The electric bill is determined by usage and number of occupants. The electric bill can range from $24 - $40.
You are responsible for cable/internet, water, power. There is no gas and the water is paid to the apartment complex. I'm one person in a one bedroom and I normally pay less than 20 bucks a month on the water and I take long showers/do a ton of laundry/have long term guests.
No. Just 1 bedrooms, 2 bedroom and some 2 bedrooms with a den or loft which might be comparable to a 3 bedroom.
