I only moved here recently, but so far it has been a great experience. Evert Blanco in particular has provided spectacular help with everything I've needed when touring, signing my lease, and moving in. Whenever I see him around, he is always taking care of something, and even while very busy he checks in with me and helps resolve anything I need. Location is excellent, many food and shopping options within fairly easy walking distance.

I've lived here for almost 12 months and have some thoughts: -I had a stellar experience for >80% of my time here. Concierge services, amenities and maintenance have been consistently reliable and address any problems that arise. -This is a family-oriented community so expect some noise outside during the day/early evening -Safe parking w/ easy access to apartment. VERY walkable to public transit. This complex recently changed hands; thoughts on my experience living through the transition: -Initial frustration with having to pay rent in person, not too bad, only had to happen once. -Maintenance requests continued to be answered in a timely manner but... - Garbage chute/garbage rooms are no longer properly attended. My building's chute is so backed up to the point that people are forced to leave their bags on the floor in large, stinky piles. This raises concern for roaches/infection, which was not previously an issue. -I've had so many issues w/ my packages being delivered reliably with new management. Shortly, I've dealt with: issues of delivery to incorrect address (I've had to hand deliver packages to other folks in the building while going on scavenger hunts for my own), secure package service requiring maintenance (my packages are in the locker, I just can't retrieve them), and packages being delivered to an empty concierge desk (dozens of packages just sitting out in the open with no one around to monitor- I felt sketchy just picking up a parcel labelled to me!) -Sound has always been an issue, there is not adequate insulation (coming from someone who works both day and night shifts)

Just moved in on Wednesday and was helped by Claudia. The move in went smoothly without any issues. Claudia programmed my fob and walked me to my apt and showed me the building, amenities, clubhouse, etc. Also want to thank Cathy for helping me with the whole application process from afar, relocating from the west can sometimes be difficult with the timezones differences. Looking forward to living on this community and build some memories down the road. Thanks!

New management company took over canceled our auto pay 3 days before rent was due. Now they won't answer my calls to tell me how much I owe this month as it changes slightly due to water. I finally walked over to the leasing office which is in a locked building i dont have access to so i had to slip in while someone was walking out. I finally got to talk to someone from the building and they wrote my rent on a scrap of paper. When i came back 30mins later at 2:30pm they were closed, Avoid this once decent appartment complex. Also all the amazon packages are just stacked in our lobby in the open for anyone to grab.

Electric is by pepco which is on you. Water is done with rent through the Alaire but is not covered by rent, if that makes sense. There is no gas bill because of electric appliances. Internet you are on your own for as well (Comcast vs Verizon)
It fluctuates all the time. Also depends if you get one with a den. I'd say the range is $1300 to $1600
