I am a resident and have a maintenance issue. this is the 3rd days of letting the office knows about my problem, but nobody do not help me and the door lock is not fixed yet.

*edited twice, once at 5 months and 15 months* I've lived here with my husband over 2 years. I'll update this every few months. Pros: Maintenance responds quickly. It's quiet during the night. The grounds are clean and so are elevators and hallways. Office staff are as helpful as they can be while managing a large property. Amenities are great. The gym is always open and during summer, the pools are clean, quiet (mostly), and always have lifeguards on duty. Feels safe at night walking around alone. Haven't had any issues with pests. I actually haven't seen any at all. Location is fantastic and close to pretty much everything. We live on the top floor, so I don't know if noise is an issue for people who have upstairs neighbors, but we've rarely had noise disturbances. Our next door neighbors are also pretty friendly. Cons: We had issues with smokers in the past, but the issue has been corrected as they were evicted. The residents love to trash the mailroom at night and especially the trash room. Thankfully, cleaning staff will take care of it the next morning. Sometimes packages are stolen when the delivery drivers don't leave them in the package lockers. I just have my packages shipped to an off-site locker now. It's a little inconvenient, but better than having my stuff stolen.

Moved in last month, and Chris has been nothing but a rock star. He does his best to help his staff members an residents equally. Anytime I go to the leasing office or call, he is hard at work and has been extremely knowledgeable. I was told today that Chris was out of the office addressing a neighbors concern in person, and I’m extremely happy to hear that residents complaints and needs are taken seriously here. (That’s very rare for an apartment complex.) I’m glad we made the move here and I’m grateful for Chris. Thank you Chris!! <3
