I've lived at Mallory Square for two years. The front desk team we currently have are great! The manger, Blaise, was very understanding when I was laid off during the pandemic and gave great advice about what to do. I was able to find employment and keep my apartment during this time. My apartment finishes are good. The best thing I feel is the bathroom--deep tubs & high countertops. I also have high ceiliings in my unit, updated appliances and the gym here and pool are great. The downside is the parking--it's too tight in the parking lot and you have to pay $5 a night for guests. Also, there is basically no storage at all in my unit.

It's a very nice apartment and the area is nice. However, I've read to many complaints about not having cameras in the parking garage and you literally have to pay each month($50 I think) to park in said parking garage but I didn't see any other option. The amenities are wonderful and pricey. Can some of that money be invested in security of the covered parking garage that we pay for - to keep our vehicles, that take us to work - in order to pay for that apartment and again, said parking in said garage though🤔...maybe it's just me.
