I want to personally thank Mey Sopera for just being available to pick up my call. With COVID you can’t just walk in the office , and I was trying to get a problem resolved for a couple of days. In general these people have a privilege of being able to work from home and they have the nerve to pick and choose when they want to answer calls . Your a part of the company not just to collect rental payments but to service the tenants as well. This post is not just about Mey she is the receptionist most often and hates giving her name but I know her voice. Maria Idrova is spending her days caring for her child and screening her calls. Then she will decide if she can call you back just to leave a voicemail , and then next send you a email. Let’s be professional and do your job with satisfaction please.

This company is horrible. They are very mismanaged. They don’t have the necessary skill set and will let tenants get away with anything. They do not have your best interest in mind. They’re a very woke company.
