Awesome place with the best leasing consultants ever

On August 17th, I put in a work order to repair the refrigerator in my apartment. The refrigerator was not maintaining the proper temperature for safe food storage and the door required the user to force the door to seal due to a lack of tension. Maintenance personnel left a note on the 17th stating the refrigerator was fixed, however, it still did not maintain the proper temperature. On August 18th, I called the leasing office directly, and they had the same Maintenance personnel respond and check the refrigerator once again. This time maintenance confirmed the refrigerator was not working properly and told the leasing office that GE needed to respond because the refrigerator was under warranty. I spoke to the leasing office later on the 18th and they stated that GE was going to respond on the morning of August 22 to make repairs. In the meantime, they gave me keys to use another apartment's refrigerator on the floor above mine. GE did not respond to repair the refrigerator on the 22nd due to an unspecified emergency. My wife and I have been very inconvenienced due to the refrigerator not functioning properly since August 17th. We have a 10 month old child that requires food to be maintained at safe temperatures and traveling between floors with a young child to retrieve food is not a practical or safe solution. During this time, we have also lost approximately $100 worth of food due to it not being maintained at the proper temperature and have had to spend additional money ordering food out to minimize traveling to the upstairs apartment. The response to this emergency has been unacceptable and has not been met with the required urgency. My wife and I are currently paying for an apartment with a major appliance that had been inoperable for almost an entire week. I spoke to Krystal Marquez, the property manager, who stated that we would not be compensated for the food loss or inconvenience. Renters insurance does not cover the loss because it was due to a malfunctioning appliance.Krystal and Post Fallsgrove know this, yet they keep stating to make an insurance claim. Today I spoke to Jenna Pitsenbarger, the regional property manager. She parroted the same talking points as Krystal and made it clear that Post Fallgrove has no real plan for broken appliances. The tenants are at the mercy of an unspecified repair time and will not be compensated in any way. Therefore, in theory, my wife and young child could have gone weeks without a working fridge and Post Fallsgrove would not think that managing an apartment community in this manner is an issue.

IDK what Google has done with my updated review. However I have since moved out and give this place 2 stars. The photos are of dog urine and fecal matter remains. I had to drive, walk, park in this area. I was told to call the humane society and offered a garage away from my building. So much for me. The trash areas…smh. I’ve seen residents have more pride in the ‘Hood. I wouldn’t live here again. Hopefully Google will correct the glitch and gives this place the updated 2 star rating! Original: Minus the items I list below, the location and customer service has been excellent. I love my Unit. I live on the 4th floor (Westside), so unfortunately I'm experiencing the constant AC usage some afternoons and evenings. I have blackout curtains...doesn't help. The bathroom tubs...my Gosh! They creek SO BAD! Maybe I won't care after awhile, but I pay a lot of money for this place, I'd like to NOT sound/feel like I'll be meeting my downstairs neighbors soon.

They charge too much and everything is broken or they have bad neighbors that will screem dirty carpet and roaches
