Check out time 11am at 10:30 staff was wanting to come clean room. Supposed to have complementary breakfast no breakfast, no coffee or juice. Long black hair in shower. Owners not friendly. 👎👎

Poor cleanliness. Poor customer service. It was the worst experience I've had a hotel in my life. My fiance woke up with several bug bites on her left arm that required medical attention. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bites she did nothing about it or even seemed to care at all. The bathtub was dirty. The sink was dirty. The room smelled like mold. The vent in the bathroom was extremely loud. It was just an awful experience.

Positive: The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was an ok place to sleep, but not a place to make a longer stay. Negative: the carpet was stretched and the room had an older feel about it.

Positive: Not really anything the wifi does work. Negative: Maid about shoved me down to get into the room to clean when another already wanted her room clean and she was staying longer and needed it while she was out. I forgot my husband's knife before shutting it. The maid tried to keep it until my husband came.
