Hotel staff was excellent. Stephanie went out of her way before we even got there to ensure they met our requests. Room was very clean. Beds slept Very comfortable. She recommended a family style restaurant not far away that had some awesome home cooked food. Pool was excellent end to long day on the road. Other hotel staff had same great attitudes. Other guest were pleasant, place felt very safe for guest. Wish they were not 5 1/2 hors from home. Higly recommended this hotel to future guest !

Pretty clean, just worn out. 2.5 stars. TV didn't work, but we were tired anyway. The bathroom light switch broke. Mini fridge stayed warm, not cold so our milk spoiled. Bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast provided was meh. And there were signs everywhere to NOT TAKE FOOD OUT OF DINING ROOM so we could not do COVID-safe take out. Just another day on the road.

All I expect from a roadside motel is a clean room... There was a small blood stain on the top sheet. It was still red, so I assumed that the sheet hadn't been washed yet. The shower made me wish that I had flip flops. I never walked on the floor without shoes... The bright side: It was mostly quiet...

Hit and miss; 2.5 stars. Last month was great because the manager, a younger woman helped the older man with check-in. Well, last week the older Indian man was solo and hasn’t gotten the hang of the job. Check-in took an entire hour because he kept giving me keys that didn’t work after spending 25 minutes fixing a minor hotels.cm error, (I pretty much called and corrected myself) and telling me there was nothing we could do to fix it. I had to go back and forth 4 times past 11:45pm, exhausted, for keys. This was infuriating, like a sick joke. He didn’t know how to just change the room when there were over 100 other rooms available. Morning staff and breakfast staff were great and blocked the room and said that room should not have been sold due to: 1. The sharpie writing on the key unit, where even once you get a key that works, the hand-written stamp says pull up on handle but it means pull up on entire key unit. 2. A gauge in the wall 3. Light over sink flickering; almost out. 4. Full trash can and cigarette butts just outside the room. Can was emptied in the am, and smelled gross loading and unloading. This experience was unfair to all the great staff there, that’s where the few stars come from.
