We stayed one night on the way to our final vacation destination. The place is dog friendly but it shouldn't smell like a kennel. The free breakfast was subpar. The shampoo was enough for my head let alone me and my husband. The bed was soo hard and the mattress was thin we woke up sore. The room was hot and stuffy no matter how much we turned up the air. The whole stay was very disappointing. On the way back we canceled our stay and switched to a different hotel.

Loved this hotel great price very home feeling and clean! The rooms are very nice and roomy! We enjoyed are stay here and truly recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again!

Room was very outdated. Tub had cement or plaster on it which kept chipping off. Bathroom was small. The breakfast bar was a joke. I always stay at Best Westerns. This one was way overpriced. Not worth it at all. Don't waste your time or money.

We happened by this Best Western - pre-covid - and found Ms Rowe's restaurant next door and plan our trip from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania just for the restaurant. Much to our wonderful surprise Mrs H - front desk lady - was a history buff... in 10 minutes she told us all about Staunton and gave us a wonderful history experience as she sent us into town to eat dinner had a wonderful x-flour Mill building. Mrs. H you made this hotel shine!!!
