It’s a nice, clean hotel. The staff was very nice. The only reasons I gave it 3 stars were it seemed every day I was there (5 days) I had to get a new room key because mine would quit working and I had to cut my trip short because they mistakenly charged my debit card 3 times for the full amount of my stay. Of course they reimbursed my card but it takes several days for it to go back into the account and with over $1500 taken out for a $500 hotel bill it put a dampener on the trip budget.

Met up with a buddy for Fourth of July weekend and decided to stayed here. The hotel itself looks great and is very clean. Friendly staff and plenty of breakfast options. Conveniently off of I-81 and I-64 and just a short drive to the southern end of Shenandoah National Park (A must if you are visiting the area). Only thing that I would say is that the bed in the room was not as comfy, but manageable. Overall, great place to stay for a short getaway. I would recommend.

Charlene at the front desk, phoned us previous to our arrival, to make sure we were OK with the room. No one in any hotel system has ever called previous to our arrival. That lady was Perfect. The breakfast lady was awesome. Best breakfast at any choice that we have been at.

No complaints with this place. Room was clean, everything around it was clean and the lady at the front desk was wonderful and let me check in early after I explained my situation to her. Great location near the highway as well but not close enough to hear a lot of traffic (at least I didn't notice it). Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

It's going to be hard, parking lot isn't that big especially if they are full & it has a Waffle House on premises too. I would call but my opinion would be no.
