I had a positive experience staying at this hotel both on the way down and on the way back from an NC road trip. It is in a more quiet area of Virginia which was exactly what I needed. The front desk staff were always very nice and accommodating, and it is pet friendly which I needed. They have a nice coffee and tea area around the clock which was great to make use of before I left in the morning. I found it easy to find and ample room for parking. Would stay here again 😊 P.S. Don't bother with the Frontier museum that's nearby. I tried it and did not have a positive experience / would not recommend.

Room 122 smells like a musty basement. AC does not run consistently. May be a factor in the mustiness. Had to turn it off and back on to kick back on. Half the outlets in the bathroom did not work. It was pretty noisy. We were told it was because of all the graduations . Definitely not the place to get to " sleep inn". Front desk gals were very nice

Great charger setup. One was blocked by a truck (Tesla charger) but 3 other Tesla chargers and J-1772 available also. Always great when you have a clean quiet hotel and wake up to a full charge.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and professional at all times! Rooms and hallways were spotless ( first time I ever saw a worker cleaning the door jams of the hallways in a hotel)!!! Highly recommend this hotel and great for shopping and eating nearby. Negative: none
