Food is good but service was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Having placed an online order, I called shortly thereafter and was told the order was already cooked. That was a lie and they didn’t care to fill the order properly

Everything was good. Gave me plenty of food I think, and it was good.

They don't offer dine in table service anymore due to labor shortage but the manager bought us some plates and tableware so we could eat out takeout service at a table.

No, not yet, my understanding is they haven't been able to hire a Dishwasher.
