Waited 35 minutes for a cold burger and hard tots and it was a mobile order. Will never go to this sonic again.

This sonic not only is as slow as hell. They don't even care or worry ab getting the orders right. We sit in the drive thru for close to 25 mins. Our order wad far from right. Only to find out that. The employees was just standing around just talking.

Can't rate the food , never took our order. Total chaos and not that busy. Ice cream wasn't available. Won't go back. 8 people in our group walked .

Unfortunately I cannot tell you how the food service or atmosphere was at this location. I said it the little kiosk outside waiting on somebody to come out to my car for 20 minutes and never got a response had to drive off and leave. I don't know what was going on in that little town but at 8:00 all the restaurants were closed down except for drive-throughs. In your defense your restaurant was packed. But it would have been at least nice to be acknowledged that I was there

Questions & Answers

How come every time I go to the sonic on Pleasantburg sc before 11 and the man tells me that they are closed, when the time on the web site says it closes at 12 am ? Oh and also there were 3 cars in the drive through as I was looking at the menu.

Maybe they close early so they can leave on time, which they do not supposed to do that. I would speak to the manager.

I went to this establishment at 11pm. I was told when I went through the drive thru that they closed at 11. Why is it showing that you guys dont close until 12am.

Sometimes i think most places make there own rules when it suits them. I think now that school has srarted their time does change. One other thing i would do is write a complaint to the corporate because it is the principal of the issue.
