Burgers were good -cooked as ordered but asked for crispy fries and the person taking the order, did not specify that, thus they came out 'regular' and mushy inside. And another star off because they only have 'thin straws' - try drinking a milk shake thru one of those - not happening until it is completely melted! Cheap skates for not providing thicker straws! Once was probably enough for us to eat at this chain.
