I stopped by at 3:20 PM to mail a package on 03/29/2021. There was a long line so I tried to drop my package off in the parcel box, but the door wouldn’t open. I left and returned about 15 minutes before closing. Positive Points: - Very friendly and patient staff - Staff ensured all customers in the building at time of closing were helped Opportunities for Improvement: - The parcel drop box was either full or locked, so some people were waiting in line just to drop of labeled packages that easily could’ve been placed in the drop box - Only one person was available to handle the large volume of customers, hence the long line prior to closing After closing, two staff members were available to help the end-of-the-day crowd. They were very professional, engaging and helpful. I was initially nervous about going to this branch based on the reviews but was very pleased with the staff. Waiting in line wasn’t fun, but the staff did the best they could to quickly assist customers.
