The staff at this location were very friendly. My walk in time for an doctor ordered X-ray was not that long at all. I like how they use a common sense approach to mask wearing making it optional. The lobby is in need of an upgrade it looks run down.

I called Prisma for an estimate for an optional procedure suggested by my gynecologist to rule out any new growth on a lump in my breast. I was quoted a specific amount for this procedure and initially received a bill for that amount. I paid the bill in full as I had been saving to be able to afford the amount after insurance (around $300 out-of-pocket). At that time, I was pleased with my service and felt that I was treated kindly. About a week later, I received a second bill from Prisma Health Medical Group Radiology Department. I thought this was a mistake as I had already paid my bill in full. I spoke with the general Prisma billing department who then sent me over to the Prisma Health Medical Group Department of Radiology (apparently they are an entirely separate entity). I explained to them that I had already paid my bill in full, and they stated that this was an entirely separate bill to read the imaging. I explained that I had been told everything would be included in the $300 estimate and that I was never notified that an additional bill would occur. The supervisor on the phone repeatedly cut me off, showed no compassion, and kept staying, "It's just an estimate. It's federal law that we don't have to tell you the exact amount." I kept trying to explain that giving me an entirely separate bill on top of the bill I was promised is deceptive and I should not charged twice for a service. She was of absolutely no help and did not even attempt to reduce my bill. It is very rare that I write reviews, but I did want to warn others of my experience. The staff in the radiology department were warm and friendly. I appreciated how I was treated the day of my procedure. However, Prisma itself lied about how the procedure would be billed and were deceptive in their billing practices. I will no longer be using Prisma for any radiology services. I would not recommend using them for any women's services.

Took my wife for spinal MRI's would not let me in with her. She has MS and is very shaky on her feet. Waited over an hour in the parking lot at 7:45 PM. Asked them what they were going to do in the middle of winter, just let people freeze while waiting, answered with a chuckle...

It took me 5 days to get the results to a app i have set up on my phone called mychart which is thru my Doctors office. If your Dr is in with Greenville Health System you should be able to set you up an account with the app also. If you have any more questions please feel free to message me.
I don't know why your not getting an answer I would call the physician who referred you to them and let them know what is going on I never had a problem and they were all very nice
