Called at 10:50p to order food because their online system is down and was told they were closed. I asked what time they close because online it’s listed as 11:30p and the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and asked why she hung up and she started speaking in Spanish until I kept repeating myself and then she finally apologized for hanging up and said they close at 10:30. I’m not sure what to believe but I am sure that I’ll never call again nor patronize them.

Went to have a family meal and so many things went wrong: 1. Server placed our order wrong and waited over an hour to get the correct one 2.My nephew never got his food and even fell asleep waiting, turns out she never placed the order 3. Drinks were not filled until the manager came to fix the order problem then he got us refills 4. Charged us tip knowingly that the service was terrible 5. When we asked the manager to fix our ticket he made a disgusted face at us. Never going back I’d rather go to “EL CHEF DE NAYARIT”

For 4 people it was $200, the food was very ugly and the waitress did not serve us well, besides they did not tell us that if we spend more than $100 dollars the waitress would automatically give it a tip, if it were up to me I would not leave her a single dollar , lousy service, the tip is earned is a service that is giving, that's his job, it's the last time I'll eat there. I spoke to claim and they did not give me any solution.
