I was in the office a total of 2 hours for an MRI. I get these every year. This is the most I have ever waited. The staff didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for the wait. They were friendly and professional during my scan. I missed another appointment that I had that afternoon.

Innervision and staffing was badly lacking this time. The reception was too robotic and unfriendly. The MRI tech was unprepared. I got there on time, 6:45 am, only to find out they didn't have the correct equipment to do my scan and did not try to get me another MRI at an acceptable time. I will be sure to plan on going somewhere else next time I need an MRI done.

I was hesitant and worried about getting an MRI. The front desk person ( jason maybe) put me at ease right away and i cannot say enough about Ernesto the tech!!! i would recommend anyone needing an MRI come to this facility.

I’m surprised by some of the comments here. My doctor sent me here because she felt the radiologist reads the x rays more thoroughly than other places. They are switching from paper to device (I’m a fan) and despite being in a tech heavy career, still had some questions and the woman at counter was extremely patient and walked me through every step (even though I was comfortable doing it - it did go faster). The X-ray tech (Julie) was nice, checked the quality and retook one image and patiently answered my questions (probably the same ones she gets over & over) and the reading from Dr. S also seemed thorough with extra notes my doctor said was good info to know moving forward. Minus 1 star because the wait was a bit long and their waiting room has an odd set up and annoying TV. Whenever I see a big TV - I know I’m in for a LONG wait - but watching the horrible shows medical offices usually have on -and so loud one certainly can’t relax or concentrate on anything else! This causes me more anxiety than alleviating it before testing. Why every public TV isn’t silent using closed captions is puzzling to me. Why not some medical info about the testing done there? Could be educational and help patients prepare mentally if they do choose to watch vs. being forced to listen to brain draining daytime programming.
