The Sherman oaks location is great. Scheduled an appointment and didn’t even wait 5 minutes. Very clean and nice and everyone from the MA to the clinician Emily were all so great, polite, kind and empathetic. I was very happy with my experience and would go to this urgent care again.

Sherman Oaks carbon health is a great place to go for any health concern, especially during the pandemic. it’s very easy to get an appointment and everybody is friendly and courteous and the service prompt and professional. Everybody seems concerned about your health, treats you special and keeps in communication throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend a more highly.

I got recommended by a friend, and I’m super happy, I came here, Its super easy to set up appointment online, they have different locations. I came to the one in Sherman Oaks. I made an appointment to get tested for Covid for myself and my family. The staff here is awesome. The receptionist to the staff in the back, they were great super nice, I got my results an about less then an hour. I would definitely come back here again.

Thank you Dr. Emily Luu and team for your immediate care of my son Dante. My son plays on an elite soccer team and during his game Saturday, injured his wrist during a slide tackle when an opponent feel on his arm. We didn’t think he hurt it much, but said the pain had worsened and continued to cause him pain restricting movement. We took him to urgent care and the Dr. And her staff were quick in analyzing the problem, took x-rays and ruled out fracture and breakage. We were relieved. If it was a break or fracture, that would be 6-weeks out of all practices and games which would not be great for his developing soccer career. We thank them for their quick analysis and relieving his pain. They also allowed my daughter and I to go in with him and created space for us to feel comfortable. Great customer care and service. They told us what to do and gave us a great orthopedic recommendation. They also gave me different forms of payment since my insurance can be an issue. Thank you again, to all there at the Sherman Oaks location. YOU MADE A SINGLE MOM NOT HAVE TO WORRY TOO MUCH ABOUT THE CARES OF HER SON. Wishing you all the best!!!
