How do you let a 31 y/o man who is going through paralysis due to swelling on his spine end up with a stage 2 pressure ulcer on his sacrum? By not doing your job and repositioning him as is required. I know they’re busy. I get it. I was a CNA of 5 years before I was a mom but this is absolutely unacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Make the problem better, not worse! I wish I could be with him myself but since the hospital isn’t allowing anyone under 18 in I can’t! DO BETTER! DO BETTER! DO BETTER! I want him to come home healthy not in worse shape than he was when he came to you due to staff negligence. Sounds like a lawsuit in the making to me.

Great facility! The OT and PT department are great. I couldn't ask for a better group of people.

This is simply an excellent rehab hospital. I spent a period of months completing a course of physical therapy, after a stroke left me paralyzed on my left side and wheelchair-bound. The therapists we're friendly, Professional and knowledgeable. The gym was spacious, up to date and included a wide variety of Rehabilitation equipment. I had physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy and would rank all very highly. I also went to an appointment at the wheelchair clinic, which helped me apply to Medicare for a new wheelchair (which was approved. The hospital is small and ready to get around. The support staff twere wonderful- from the greeter in the parking lot to the secretaries. I am a doctor, so I am very critical, but I would not hesitate to take advantage of this facility. There are support groups and an interest in supporting adaptive sports for the didabled Parking is convenient. All costs were covered by my insurance. I felt well taken care of. I give it two thumbs way up!
