I went in to find out status for my friend. Their parking is very limited to everyone regardless even if you're a patience. When they should have it available for every walk in for their service. The front desk was so rude to me by replying w/anattitude..."TOUGH LUCK FOR YOU" very impolite w/no customer service quality. Is like you're practically no one. Besides they try to rip you off by changing extra when you're already supposed to be covered by your medical insurance. The worse place ever that you can count on. Don't even bother to visit this place. I'm so discouraged & dissapointed w/their svc...PERIOD!!!

Beware of the place a total rip off they had the audacity to charge my Insurance claiming my 2 children were seen, when we never made it past the front desk. I decided to see the providers since I noticed that patients were coming out and going in without knowing if the rooms were being disinfected given that we are going through a pandemic. Did not feel safe. This facility even billed my insurance for covid testing when they certainly did not have it done. Stay away they will bill your insurance without you being seen.

1.This facility is NOT open on weekends!!!! 2. Lab results from this facility are NOT available on weekends. 3. Lab results for this facility are printed out at this facility ONLY and are not in the whole Mend database to be looked up by another Mend facility that is open on the weekends. 4. If you get a test done on Thursday and told it will be 48hrs to get results, that means you will not get your results until MONDAY, NOT actually 48hrs later on Saturday. The people working there are nice and are taking very good precautions in regards to COVID. I just wish they had been more clear when and how I could get my lab results.
