We were so impressed and thankful for such a well run office from the call several days before to make sure we had all appropriate paperwork to the courteous and extremely efficient customer service during our appt. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes for a family of four!! If only all government agencies ran so beautifully!

I visited the New Brighton Passport Office in order to take passport size photos for immigration purpose. Usually, I would take them at Walgreens, but this time, the required photos had certain requirements as to its size, the background, and other features. When I checked the locations where I could get one, NBPO was the closest to my residence. The female staff there knew the criteria of such photos, and so she (staff) delivered them without delay. She sent me one digital copy via email, and two hard copies placed in an envelope. I feel content on the service provided. I would recommend others as well to visit the office if he/she/they needed such assistance. Thank you NBPO.

We applied the passports at the new Brighton city hall and the process was smooth. The staffs were very helpful and pretty on time for our appointments. We also worked with them for the passport photos as well. Everything was great and we enjoyed how easy everything was and how established the entire process was.

Under no circumstance are walk-ins accepted at Minneapolis Passport Agency.
