Extremely unprofessional. Called asking for help to rush a passport, I had all my documents printed out, DS11 completely done and cheque in hand ready to go to an acceptance agent after having no success with another company’s service. I was told I would have to pay 600$ on top of whatever rush fees that would be required. When I asked why his price was almost 3 times more expensive than the price I paid with a different company I was told that quote no company charges $200 for this kind of service“. Blatant lie and patently false. I also asked if there were any local acceptance offices that could take me and I was told that “none would” and I would have to use his service for a guaranteed time. I drove to the post office and got a date in two days from the helpful attendant, which is more help than I received from this company. Rude over the phone, ridiculous prices, complete unwillingness to be of any kind of help. If their product is reflective of their customer service, you’re surely to be disappointed. Avoid at all costs, find somewhere else to spend your money.

You have to go to City Hall of Henderson or make an appointment with SNHD or USPS for that. This place only helps you fill out applications and take passport pictures. They don't actually process your application.
The Passport Agency is still moving slow and not expediting fast. In Las Vegas you can get passport photos from Sean at PostAnnex at 6130 W Flamingo - and you can go to legalpassport.com to fill out the forms online - before you apply at the court house.
